For a lot of people the choice of living a ‘9 to 5’ lifestyle has been chosen. They don’t want to change or look for an alternative way to make income and that’s ok.

You and I know there is more to life than this ’9 to 5 attitude’. You’re restless because you don’t fit into this mold anymore and are looking for something else for raising an income.

Like you, I was tired, frustrated and stressed about money, I was in a vicious circle of debt that I couldn’t escape.

My partner and I started to discuss starting a family and I knew if I continued to climb the corporate ladder all I would achieve is reduce time with my family. The thought of placing a small baby in child care while I worked every day because I couldn’t afford to work part time or not at all made me ashamed, depressed and sick in my stomach.

What’s the point of working really hard if you can’t spend the time with your child especially in the first year?

It was evident that my financial debt was going to dictate how much time I spent with my children which made me feel out of control and deeply sadden. I could live with being in debt, I was used to it, but the full effect of its impact to my life was realized at this point. I was desperate to find a solution, I had to create an alternative income fast so I could be home with my family, I didn’t want to start my family and have the child care centre experience my babies ‘first’ moments like taking its first steps and saying its first words. This made me very anxious and worried, I was desperate to find an alternative way to make legitimate income so I started to search for alternatives.

What legitimate alternatives for corporate jobs are available?

A small business or franchise style business was out of the question, I had limited money to start a business and wasn’t willing to go into 10,000’s of thousands worth of more debt. I had limited spare time and wouldn’t be able to manage earning money as well as physically running a small business. I had no guarantee that I would even get this type of credit in the first place and my husband would have had a heart attack ).

I had an idea for a new stationary line, but didn’t want to spend my weekends at the local markets making selling these products to only make $50 to $200. Also that meant I would be working 7 days straight, that was not going to work!! I wanted to work smarter not harder.

So I turned to the Internet, as you can imagine there’s a lot of dodgy get rich schemes, all lining up to get me involved. Please note every time you see icons showing large dollar signs, cash and exotic sport cars….run!! I wanted to make a serious six figure income and quickly dismissed the $20 websites style options and empty promises.

Then there are the MLM companies, unfortunately they practice and encourage 20 year old selling strategies and the amount of people required to be on your team before you make money didn’t appeal to me. I was associated with a MLM several years back and didn’t want to have to ‘ask’ my friends and family to buy anything ever again!! Why ask your friends and family when there is over 1.97 billion people online?!

At this point I understood I wanted products that could help families earn money and ditch their ’9 to 5′ job with a sales/marketing system that would help connect potential customers and work on auto-pilot day and night. I found a system and by trial and error built my business, brick by brick…layer by layer. I SPENT 100’s of hours using free marketing strategies which got me nowhere and wasted a lot of money using paid marketing strategies that I didn’t completely understand.
