Are you willing to kick old habits of anger and resentment to clear the pathway for a new future? If you have read this book before you will recognize the above passage being from the Traveler’s Gift. I could go back to the beginning of the book and take you through each decision in sequence but in true ‘Ally style’ I can’t wait and have to share this with you now!!

If you’re anything like me, your working towards changing your life for you and your family. We all know what physically happens when we are annoyed, angry or frustrated with someone. Someone may cut you off while your driving, or things have historically happened in your life and you hang onto that anger or resentment. It happens, I know that, but have you ever taken the chance to notice who is effected by this anger in the long run? It’s you… whether the other person knows your angry at them or not…its you that harbors the anger or resentment. This is toxic stuff and you need to release it, for your own sake. It’s draining your energy and makes you stuck in “quicksand” in your old way of thinking.

I encourage you to learn a new way of dealing with anger to help you allow yourself to move on to bigger and better things. Why…because you deserve it :o )
This may sound airy fairy to some, I believe its important to truly understand how one person can make small changes in their life to assist them in achieving a successful and fulfilling life.
